GTO Range Trainer is an educational poker training tool designed to help players learn Game Theory Optimal (GTO) strategy concepts. The Service provides:
GTO Range Trainer is strictly an educational and training tool. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — that use of this software will result in improved poker performance, financial gain, or any particular outcome at the poker table.
Poker involves skill, chance, and variance. Results at any poker game or tournament are affected by many factors beyond the scope of this tool. Use of GTO Range Trainer does not guarantee winning results.
Basic License ($99 one-time): Grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the GTO Range Trainer software for personal use. This is a one-time payment with no recurring charges.
Diamond Club Membership ($49/month): A recurring monthly subscription that includes Basic access plus all Diamond Club features. Your subscription will renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
All purchases are processed through our secure payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on one-time purchases after the product has been accessed. For Diamond Club memberships, you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges; no refunds are issued for partial billing periods already charged.
If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing the Service, please contact us at support@gtorangetrainer.com and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or allow others to access the Service using your credentials. Each license covers a single user. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The GTO Range Trainer software, including its code, design, GTO range tables, algorithms, and all associated content, is the intellectual property of GTO Range Trainer and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any portion of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
